After listening to many Jazz Fusion Radio Stations, we realized the great music that made fusion great was slowly disappearing and in some cases becoming nonexistent! Jazz Fusion is much more than screeching guitars and the ability to play superfast with no end in sight! Think back to Miles Davis Bitches Brew to Frank Zappa and then fast forward to Esperanza Spalding, inbetween it all, many great fusion artist evolved. Although Jazz Fusion consist of Jazz, Funk, Rock, Avant Garde and many other elements, stations tend to leave out the funk and jazz portion because they suffer from something we like to call " Music Diversity Deficiency." Remember funk master George Duke came from Zappa's teachings and even American Idol's Randy Jackson played bass for the rock group Journey then with Jean Luc Ponty.
